ANYWAY IF YOU WANT INSTALL FROM DEBIAN PACKAGE HERE YOU CAN SEE..
NB YOU MUST TURN ON MEDIBUNTU REPO FIRST STEP
FOR HARDY 8.04 open a terminal and execute this :
sudo wget http://www.medibuntu.org/sources.list.d/hardy.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list
GUTSY 7.10sudo wget http://www.medibuntu.org/sources.list.d/gutsy.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list
SECOND STEP
wget -q http://packages.medibuntu.org/medibuntu-key.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add - && sudo apt-get update
LAST STEP
(nb this package install a lots of package.. see below for some infomation )
DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THIS DEBIAN
the last version is 0.0.7d but the package is for 0.0.7c

if you want view some information about dependencesif you want TRY TO USE MAKE DVD you need to install this too (for only converter you can skip this...)
